The core idea is to move beyond passive monitoring. Using the OpenClaw framework, I built a Sentinel Agent that orchestrates proprietary clinical engines (CardioNetV2_SecureEngine.exe and cardionetrpm.exe) locally.
Key highlights of the project:
Hardware-Level Trust: The agent detects the local Intel® CPU and verifies Total Memory Encryption (TME) before any clinical inference starts.
Cyber-Resilience: I've implemented a workflow where the agent autonomously detects and blocks "Data Injection" attacks at the edge, ensuring 100% data integrity.
Privacy-by-Design: Operating 100% offline, it meets strict GDPR standards by keeping sensitive biometric data within the hardware enclave.
I’ve just tested the local orchestration, achieving a latency of ~4.2ms thanks to Intel® OpenVINO™ 2026 acceleration.
